Port Colborne is located at the intersection of Hwy-3 and Hwy-140, approx. 35 km southwest of Niagara Falls.

From Niagara Falls:QEW (toward Fort Erie) approx. 8 km to Lyons Creek Rd./RR-47 (exit 21). Turn right on Lyons Creek Rd. and proceed west approx. 0.25 km to Montrose Road. Turn left on Montrose Rd./RR-98 and proceed south approx. 2.5 km to Schisler Road. Bear right onto Schisler Rd. and proceed west approx. 7 km to Hwy-140. Turn left on Hwy-140 and proceed south approx. 12 km (becomes Elizabeth St.) to Port Colborne. Facility is located on the right, approx. 0.25 km past Main St./Hwy-3.
